I've had two months for my wisdom tooth extraction to recover and I'm very happy. They have healed perfectly. The procedure itself was straightforward: Go under anesthetic and wake up to 4 fewer wisdom teeth. The recovery instructions were also very clearly presented (and this was the most grueling part). Dr. Tsai was very attentive to minor concerns I had during the recovery process as well.

Simone was super accommodating and made me feel very comfortable when asking questions and preparing for wisdom tooth removal! Incredible job at setting my mind at ease. Dr. Tsai was also extremely helpful and was always available to answer any questions I had during recovery. I greatly appreciate the Puget Sound Oral Surgery team!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr Tsai and the Puget Sound Oral Surgery team. I was recently referred to the office for an alveolopasty and the entire process, from consultation to procedure, was extremely smooth. I felt very well taken care of, particularly by Dr Tsai, who called later in the day to check and see how I was doing following the procedure. My only complaint was that, despite it being featured under the "Patient Information" of the website and the CareCredit website, the practice does not actually accept CareCredit as an option for payment. I was approved for the cost of my procedure, so you can imagine that I was shocked when told that the entire cost would have to come out of my own pocket in full, which I wasn't really prepared to do. It was disappointing, to say the least.

It’s funny to say that I love going to an oral surgeon but I have to say that I LOVE going to Puget Sound Oral Surgery! The whole experience has been amazing from the initial consultation to the procedure and follow up. The front desk is extremely friendly and communication is always great. Dr Michael Tsai is amazing at what he does and his staff are amazing. You can tell that everyone enjoys working with each other too. I highly, HIGHLY recommend going PSOS for dental care.

I had my wisdom tooth extraction done at Puget Sound Oral Surgery, and I’m really glad I chose them. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the dental assistant who prepared me before seeing the doctor, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Tsai and the team made what is usually a pretty scary dental experience feel surprisingly comfortable. They were very communicative, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which really helped ease my anxiety. What stood out the most was the level of care. They even went above and beyond by having the surgeon call me the night of my surgery to check in on how I was doing. That kind of follow up really shows how much they care about their patients. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a caring and professional oral surgery team!
